Why Send me a Computer Virus

A week or 2 ago my daughter was checking her email and she opened a email from a friend that shut my computer down and burn or eat up the mother board to my computer. I have been asking people,"Wonder why people can sit at home and type up something like that and they cant even go to High School because of the growing Drop Out Rate in the US from the County Schools. Wonder why they did"nt use that knowledge to get a diploma from School. Wonder why people think the way they do sometimes.
