Are women the cause of most of the miseries in this world?

Note:: I have not started this discussion because of any personal grudge against women. I respect them a lot. I have been thinking about it a lot since I came across this fact that most of the great wars of the past have been fought over women. Most of the epics describe this. For example the war of troy. Even in daily life I've seen that women spoil the closest of family ties and create rift in the families. Why is it so when women are expected to be the homemakers?note:: Sorry if I've used any offensive words.

As many would say, "Behind a man's success is a woman," I would also say that, "Behind a man's failure is a woman." This is because women (especially in the past) have been in the sidelights or the background most of the time. This came to the point that men have found women to be their support system and their strength. With strength comes weakness, too. Thus, in my opinion, it is men's weakness or their succumbing to this weakness in women that has caused their misery or failure, and not because of being directly caused by women. Happy myLotting!

Well if you have to blame anyone I think you should blame men. As you say wars are fought OVER women, not BY women but by men. It is the men who always want to fight and cause violence. It is in their nature as they used to have to fight and hunt for survival, they don't have to do that so much today but they still have their violent instincts.
