Oh, it IS about finding the oldest member. I would love to know that 75 year old. I think it's great to connect with people of all different ages.

Hi urbangirl, I am 49. I think the oldest I have seen posted is about 75 years old. It's nice having people from different age groups, there is always something they can teach us. Our older member can take us back in time and share their life experiences with us and the younger members can teach us the latest and newest technologies because they seem to be the first ones learning them.

I think we are pretty safe on this one.....I am 46 and I KNOW there are members older than me here.It would not surprise me if your age is found to be around the average here.

That's great, because I feel on-line that we all talk to each other in a spirit that is timeless really, so age doesn't seem to matter. Personally I don't feel any different to what I did when I was in my 20s and 30s, apart from the fact that I had a heart-attack last year (genetic). I've got back my energy and fitness and do a fair bit of working out now. I could still climb a tree is somebody asked me too! In fact I think I would enjoy sitting up in the branches somewhere. So I wonder how old my mind is? :-)

I'm 45 so I'm in the middle I guess. It would be interesting to see the breakdown of ages on myLot. I suppose I've always assumed the majority would be young - late teens/early twenties - but on reflection I'm not sure now. Every time I look at someone's profile they seem to fall into the 30-50 age range.

I'm almost at your age..37,but when I first enjoy the site I thought that the place was for young people and I'll be too old for the site.It was my first forum so I didn't knew much things.I surprised happily when I saw I'm not so old here and your discussion make me fell better too.

I am 31. I never pay attention to age when it comes to friends. My best friend is only a year older than I and my best friend at work is 54 years old, plus my husband is 44. I like it being over 30, now nobody can look at me and say, "OMG she's just a baby.." :):)

I'm 46, and on some level I have been pleasantly surprised that I am actually NOT "too old for this."
I've come accross quite a few people on the site who are in their 70's. I wanna say I came across one man who's 78, who predominantly posts in the "religion" interest area.

hmmm intresting discussion and even i would like to know once u find out but i fail to understand u mean the one who is the oldest on mylot or the one who is actually aged in terms of the number of years he has lived and since u have given ur age i understand that it is the number of age of an individual but hey i am 35 abd when u find out let me know as well the oldest member of my loy cheers

i'm 38 but i saw somebody the other day listed as 71..
that i think is the oldest i've seen yet.
