Mylot gave me an answer .....

I really didn´t expect this. Three days ago I emailed mylot about my ratings (number in brackets next to username)which didn´t go up with all the responses I made and this is the answer they gave me: Every once in awhile there are glitches in our system and your user rating does not increase even though you are active in myLot. We apologize for this inconvenience, but remember this does not affect your earnings. Please refer to our FAQ's page and read the User Ratings and Reputation section. This should answer any questions that you may have regarding this matter. Let us know if you have any more questions. myLot Staff I´m glad they replied to me in such a short time. Did anyone else get a message like this? Do you have any idea how this cannot affect the earnings?

I have contacted My lot quite a few times and they have been brilliant , they always get back to me within a few hours and sometimes right away , they have always fixed the problem and have ben very nice about it xx

I never hear from them. That is a form letter that they sent you, but atleast they responded to you. You are luck, it happens rarely. I hav no clue to anything that they do as far as money related anymore. Each time I think I have it figured out, it's different again. So, I gave up and just try to keep up with my friends the best I can. Hugs, M&M ++ rating given to you again for a lovely posting.

There have been a lot of glitches on the site during the last couple of weeks especially while the upgrades were taking place. I too emailed myLot and my husband also emailed them. I had a reponse from them within the hour and my husband received a response shortly after that. I thought that was very commendable as I am sure they must get hundreds of emails every day. I always understood that our earnings weren't based on our points but on the quality of our postings. I am sure myLot has a way of working this out without relating to our points.

Good for you . It's also nice to know admin answered you. I'm not sure how this does not affect earnings though. Must have something to do with the algorythm.

Well at least they gor back to you quite quickly dana! I have noticed the no jump up quite a lot occassionally after they have not been going on with each response - think it catches up eventually! xxx

any time I have contacted admin they have answered almost right away and if not right away then within a few hours , they have been really good with me , I wrote a discussion on them at one point xx

Wow Dana that is great I am glad that they responded to you there I know it has only ever been once that they did not respond to me and that was right at the beginning but they did respond to my a couple of Months ago Big Hugs to you
