printing postage labels from USPS

Anyone familiar with the process of paying for postage and printing the labels? It doesn't specify what size labels you need, not for the address, but for the actual postage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The label prints out on half of a sheet of printer paper. You can actually order sticky labels which have two labels on one sheet. They do cost a bit more. I prefer to use the printer paper and just tape it on the package. Good luck.

When you print out the postage, it prints on 1/2 sheet of paper. It puts on your return address and the recepient's address, as well as a bar code for the post office to use. You pay for it from paypal, print it out, and tape it onto the box. So it's not really a sticky label, just a piece of paper.

Oh, so the shipping address and postage are on the same piece? I didn't realize that. Thanks for the info!
