There is definitely an advantage to being blessed with good looks. I think it's naive to think otherwise. People are shallow when it comes to appearances, and for some reason society happens to extend additional courtesies to those who are better looking. Yes, beauty plays a very important role in society. Unfortunately, it plays more of a role than it ought to, but realistically, that role is most certainly there.
