What Breed of Bird Do you think is Tweety Bird???

According to Warner Bros., Tweety is a boy. He is a canary, and a very smart one at that. After all, he has survived Sylvester for all these years! And he picks great friends, like Spike the dog, that protects him and chases Sylvester.

I always thought Tweety bird was a male Canary. At least that is what I remember from watching Looney Tunes when I was growing up.

Since Tweety is a little yellow bird, I'm going to guess that she is a canary. It's the only little yellow bird of know of, but it's a great question and one I never thought about.
