I can't understand the mind set of management and Indian Cricket Board at all.... how they have decided like this. Coaches should be standards one not any simple players,(Not for the kapil dev) who must have abilities of training the world class teams.
Graig Chappel is good cricketer. But not a good coach; Struggling.!!!
On the other side. Get SL for an example;
Tom Moody
Not a great cricketer. - Average cricketer.
But seems to be a great coach.
Actually it must be kept in mind that past coahes has brought so many victories to Indian cricket,even though team was under so much disturbances.
I don't prefer John Write even.
I'd like to go with a pure new coach. Yes I know that it is dangerous. But at this time Indian cricket need to get that risk.

Yes Definately....
Greg Chappell should be kicked out of India..
A coach takes the responsibility to train the players, to make them mentally strong, to improve their performance etc..
Our current Coach Greg Chappell, gets paid 83 lakh rupees every year to coach our team...
And even then if our team's performance detoriates rather than improving, then what's the use of the coach???? I think that Indians should stop finding foreigh coaches.. and should bring local coaches, such as Kapil Dev, Ravi Shastri, or Navjot Singh Siddhu.. They r certainly gr8 players and have an ability to become good coaches...
Moreover local coaches r able to understand our player's mentality better rather than foreigh coaches..

well i think after india's drastic performance in the world cup,grieg chappell's place is at stake...
now it's up to B.C.C.I.to decide his fate...
