Can anyone help me quit smoking? I want so much to quit smoking now but i just can't. What did you do to quit smoking for good?

When I quit 5 years ago, I used two methods at the same time. My doctor prescibed a pill for me to take (unfortunately I can't remember its name) along with the patch. My husband also was wonderfully supportive by telling me how nice my hair smelled and other such compliments.
Have a definite quit date in mind, too, and don't go places where smoking is allowed.
It usually takes several attempts before you are able to quit successfully so be patient and don't be upset if you don't succeed your first time.
Also, be aware that even after you quit, you may get the occasional urge but these urges pass quickly so just fight them when and if they come.
Good luck! You will feel loads better!

First of all I think the most important thing is that you really, really want to quit. If you don't it won't work. I quit about 5 years ago and I never thought that I could. I had smoked for about 15 years and was sure that I would never be able to quit. I used SmokeAway.com. They are herbs and as soon as I took them I have never smoked again. I still can't believe that I actually quit. So good luck, because if I can quit so can you.
