Finding a friend

I moved abroad at the end of 2004 and last spoke to a friend at the end of 2005 i havn't been able to contact them since by phone or mail - how can i find them?

surely you have some way of contacting them? do you have a number and they dont live there anymore? tell me details of info you do have and i will try and help
