How Do You Drive Traffic To A New Blog?

I just created my blog detailing my quest to start a profitable online business starting with $100 at http://hundreddollarchallenge.blogspot.com, and have submitted it to the major blog search engines (Technorati, Blogdigger, etc.) How else would you drive traffic to a new blog?

You can submit your link to various traffic sites (link referral, cheetah traffic, etc). You can also put your link in your signature on any forums that will allow it, as well as posting it in various discussions where it would be relevant. A lot of people are also willing to do a link exchange with other bloggers. I would be willing to add your link to my sites if you would add both of my to yours.
