Reservations.......is it really useful???

There have been things such as reservations since old times, its supposed to vbe a benefit for the downtrodden people and they are expexcted to make full use of it and come up.................but, do you think that is what is happening??
No those downtrodden remain downtrodden, no matter how many reservations are made for them, they remain without the knowledge of availing these oppurtunities, on the contrary it is the creamy layer who make use of these reservations and gain extra benefit which are not necessarily needed for them.Now lets see your opinions on reservation.........I'm against.

by reservations you mean ghetto. don't you? as in keeping all one kind of people in a specific place? If so, I think they are horrible, we have seen hundreds of times that these ghettos only do harm to the people forced to live in them. I India it would be the untouchables you would put into these slums and you would have more reason to treat them like slaves. until people learn that nobody is any better or worse than others, and that everyone deserves education and a chance to better themselves. ghettos will exist, simply because the rich upper class demands it.
