Picnic Food Ideas

For Easter Sunday next week we're having a big family picnic where we have to pack food for our own individual families. We have a friendly little "who can pack the best picnic" competition going so I'm after some ripper ideas.
What do you pack when you go for a picnic? I'm after meals, snacks, drinks and sweets. Do you have any good recipes you can share with me?
So far all I've thought of is making a potato salad and some minature quiches in the muffin pan.

Hi zacsmum i have a few ideas for you..
cold quiche, a greek salad, vegetables and dip, a cob loaf with the top cut off and filled with layers of your favourite fillings then the top put on and put in the fridge.. homemade sausage rolls, chicken and salad rolls (our favourite), fairy bread trifle, rumballs, fruit salad or a fruit platter, chocolate hedgehog..
I have plenty of ideas and recipes so let me know if you need more suggestions.
