do you like partcipating in marketing offers over the telephone ?

at times telephone companies often call you to tell you abot the latest scheme they have available and ask you to change your carrier for local and long distance ...and some times some affiliated company people call for marketing their new range of products......do you personally like that tpye of marketing or you would prefer to go to the company office and purchase the thing your self

i dont like telephone marketing, you know why? because lot of people are busy dont like to be disturb but if its like leftlets and printout to be distribute to people around then maybe people can have time to deal with your marketing.
