Loose weight without giving up favourite foods? Any advice?

Yes, walking every day will help you lose weight. And drink lots of water. I know you don't want to give up your favourite foods but sometimes all it takes is giving up one thing that you overdose on. For example, there are a lot of people who drink a few cans/bottles of pop a day. Replace the pop with water and you will lose weight no problem. As the others said, eat everything else in moderation, smaller portions.
Personally, my husband and I are both on the Slimfast diet, as well as walking (me)/jogging (him). He lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I didn't start Slimfast until a couple of weeks ago. It worked for me after my first baby was born. Bob Greene has approved it. My biggest problem is the evenings. That is when I want to constantly be eating. That is another suggestion: do not eat anything four hours before bedtime.

I started to drink plenty of water. I hope i can jogging but dun have much time. Luckily my job need me to walk around the workplace so...at least i won't just sit for the whole day...

I love Weight Watchers!! It is the best diet for me because you do not have to give up your favirite foods!! There is absolulely no food you cannot have. I makes you aware of what you are eating and is truely a lifestyle more than a diet. I have always had great sucess with it and recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight.

It is very difficult to loose weight without giving up favourite food.You didn't mention about your favourite food.If it is oily food,try to avod it.By doing yoga you can reduce your weight up to some certain extend.

Apple Pacth Diet is the way to go. What you do is to peel the patch and stick it to your skin. And, that's it. I used it to loose 5 lbs.

Thanx for the advice. I went to that site. So, it is transdermal.. means easier than pop the pills.. and the testimonial also good. It just it is not yet available in my country..

What I did, I cut the portion of what I eat and without giving up my favourite foods. For example, I love fried chicken...and I used to eat 2 pieces, I'll have only one pieces. I make balance of what I eat....starting with, eating healthy food as much as eating fattening food and slowly...reduce the fattening food.

Maybe you try to skip your dinner.
Just drink low fat milk or eat fresh fruit for dinner, it really much help to lose weight.
Drink a lot of water and do exercise.
Walking, running or swimming, the best exercise for lose weight. I have some review on my website.

If you dont want to give your favorite food and wanted to loose weight then you should eat the way the french people eat their food. look and discover how they dont grow fat. endulgre the food and enjoy and you will not feel bad. one more thing drink water in the middle of your meal,provably 1 glass and another glass after meal, always drink more water.

i think brisk walking in the morning for about an hour or 45 minutes would really help or doing sit ups for about 50 or so in the morning which would really reduce ur weight a lot. And dont give up ur food but eat them in a little smaller quantity then wat u r having right now. Ok try this and good luck.

Have you tried cutting out all processed refined white sugar and any products containing it (I know that is difficult to do but for one month try it) and replacing it with raw cane sugar? Also, I suggest reading up on your bloodtype and finding out what your specific type can digest, metabolize and re-use as energy not stored as fat to help keep you slimmer. Remember some weight gain and the inability to keep it off is also directly relatedto DNA and genetics. If obesity shows up in your family, you are not doomed to obesity just expected to be more cautious and conscious of what you consume.
Add lots of vegetable, raw preferrably or steamed in olive oil and garlic, plus eight-to-ten oz glasses of water. If you enjoy herbal teas, drink tons of green tea !
If you take multi-vitamins and supplements when you arise in the morning, switch to taking them at night and still eat a healthy breakfast when you get up. The absorption of much-needed minerals helps metabolize stuff consumed all day while rejuvenating during the night, preparing for the following day.
I went from carrying 40lbs of unnecessary weight to an already 120lb frame almost eleven years ago... and I still weigh in at 119 feel much better and eat all the good stuff my bloodtype appreciates !

The best and easiest way to lose weight without giving up your favorite foods is brisk walk. Daily in the morning or evening go for a brisk walk for 30-45minutes. This would definitely help in losing weight.
Other useful method is dancing. Yes, join some dance classes and attend them regularly, it would lose weight.
Then, third option you have is joining a Yoga or breathing exercises class. This is also a good way to lose weight.
