I absolutely love Sara Ramirez. I think she's gorgeous, and I love that she's not stick thin, and doesn't bend to the will of Hollywood by losing tons of weight. She has an amazing figure, a beautiful face, and a gorgeous voice. If you've never heard her sing, you absolutely need to.

Absolutely!! She was amazing in "Spamalot" as the Lady of the Lake. And I've seen a few videos of her on YouTube singing some songs. Her vibrato is exquisite, and she looks amazing. Yeah, I've totally got a girl-crush on her.

Sara Ramirez is totally hot!! I love that she has real curves and isn't afraid to show her body (did you see that episode where she's dancing in her underwear and sunglasses?). I have such a girl-crush on her. Stand her up next to Ellen Pompeo, and you can see who's the real woman. Ellen Pompeo is stick thin and looks kind of sickly. Sara is a real woman. Very beautiful.
