do discussions earn less than responses!

hey people just wanted to know that you get more points for responses than by submitting posts?or is it the same!i submit atleast 6 posts everyday but i dont see a considerable increase in my points!but i have noticed when i give responses to some discussions the points are more!?is it this way?please help!

i think you get 2-3 cents for starting a discussion.an 1 cent for every response you get. you also get 1-3 cents for every response you give.it all depends on how good of quality the response are.
