drink and drive

Alot of people will take turns in driving. One time a group goes out one person won't drink, so they can drive the others home. Then next time someone else drives. Also the main pubs that have car parks are ones that serve meals. Alot of people will go for pub lunches and dinners in their lunch break at work. Or families going for an evening meal. Another reason is staff and delivery people also need somewhere to park.
