how to hate someone you love?

how to show or let your love one knows(in any way how u define love ones) that you ben hurt in his actions? but in my case i'm just acting blurr, yeah blurr and act nothin happened, but deep within i feel like ti slap him..( though really i can't).so sad that after the foundations you built for quite sometime....will be lost in just a wink? should i let it passed and forget and continue to work out in this relationship? anyway i'm still in darkness (not really i'm just overacting)if i should be direct to him for what i found out bout him. But it made me loose my head and feel like hell!

Well just be honest to him you can say that you hate him for some reasons in a nice way just let him know why and how you hate him so much.

its really hard to hate someone you loved.this person i am in love with actually does hurt me.not physically but rather emotionally.he does things he know i wouldnt like.what i do is to sit around and not say a word to him.i even went close into leaving him.but then he'll hug me and then even if i try to ignore him, he'll give me his pitiful look.afterwards, i wont be able to stop myself from looking past his mistake and my pains. i want to leave him and now he's very much willing to let go but i had only taken one step away and my heart is already shouting for me to come back because it cant stand the pain..oh boys...i think i wont be able to hate him even if he kills me
