MyLot Ad Giving me Headache

It been 1 Wekk Since. Whenever i Logged in and Tried to Respond to Some opics here in MyLot. I Would get a Ad Saying That i Have,t Inputted my Paypal Id. But i Do Have a Paypal Account and It,s Active. Seeing This Ad Coming Again and Again. I Sended a Message to the MyLot Administrator Using the Contact Link. But Still no Response Why am i Getting This Ad Warning? AnyOne Here Getting This Type of Warning? Please Tell me. I Have a Bad Feeling About This.
