International Foundations?

I have heard that there are some International Foundations who helps other countries. They provide scholarships and jobs. I wonder if there are people here who know any one of this foundation? I wanted to have opportunities from other countries, this will help my family. I had to have work that will provide our daily necessities. My parents don't have work anymore, they are too old for such. This information might help me and other MyLot members for some great opportunities outside our country. Thank you so much in advance!
