A shopekeeper chit with me.

I had purchased shoes and shopkeeper give me guaranty of
six month but my shoes has broken in only one month ,When i did complaint he told me i hadn't given any type of guaranty . I lost my slip which he had signature
of guaranty.
How can punish him ? please sent me reply.

Well, it's sad to say but if you don't have your sales slip there is no proof that you had a guarenty. That's one reason I also save mine - I have a file in my desk just for receipts in case I need them down the road for some reason.
