starting life again at 34!!!!!

I have been thinking lot!!! After what happen to me in these few day I don't know what to do? but one thing is sure that i do not want to continue my life this way!!!
I need to start all over again!!! I am sure I can not even think about starting a life,loving someone or having a family but atleast I can use my life for some good thing!!!
I don't know if at the age of 34 years I can start all over agin but i am sure that my life will be much better than what i am right!!!
Its not good but I even thought about killing myself few time since yesterday!! Thats foolish of me!!!
I need some advice from mylot people and friends what you could have done if you ever have to face life( I hope God never do this to anyone) the way i am facing now.

May I ask what happened lately that makes you want to start over again?
Starting over again isn't such a bad thing, it gives you perspective in your life and makes you think about what's really important. I've done it a few times now and I'm 47. You need to go see a counselor or a trusted friend to talk about what's going on in your life so you can gain the perspective you need. Once you talk things out with someone, it should be easier to make those life-changing decisions.
