try this recipe, its so easy to prepare.
Creamy Lime Mustard Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp soy or regular yogurt
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
PREPARATION:
Whisk together all ingredients.

'Out of Salad Dressing' Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons garlic salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
Mix together lemon juice, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in milk, adjusting the amount or adding a little water, to make the dressing as thin or thick as you like. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight.
Sour Cream Salad Dressing
INGREDIENTS
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt. Serve Immediately; refrigerate leftovers.
Nutritional Analysis: 2 tablespoons (prepared with reduced-fat sour cream and fat-free milk) equals 46 calories, 2 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 2 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1/2 fat-free milk.
Salad Dressing with a Kick
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon steak sauce
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
DIRECTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Editor's Note: This recipe was tested with Heinz 57 steak sauce.
