Hi everyone! I know this one may be difficult to answer, but does anyone have any really good (and different) salad dressing recipes? I've searched high and low for them, but never come up with anything new.

try this recipe, its so easy to prepare. Creamy Lime Mustard Salad Dressing INGREDIENTS: 2 tbsp soy or regular yogurt 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2 tbsp lime juice 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 tsp sugar 1/4 tsp salt dash pepper PREPARATION: Whisk together all ingredients.

'Out of Salad Dressing' Salad Dressing INGREDIENTS 1 1/2 lemons, juiced 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 teaspoons garlic salt 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup milk DIRECTIONS Mix together lemon juice, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in milk, adjusting the amount or adding a little water, to make the dressing as thin or thick as you like. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, or overnight. Sour Cream Salad Dressing INGREDIENTS 1 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons milk 1 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon cider vinegar 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt DIRECTIONS In a bowl, combine the sour cream, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt. Serve Immediately; refrigerate leftovers. Nutritional Analysis: 2 tablespoons (prepared with reduced-fat sour cream and fat-free milk) equals 46 calories, 2 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 95 mg sodium, 4 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 2 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1/2 fat-free milk. Salad Dressing with a Kick INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt 1/4 cup chili sauce 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon steak sauce 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder DIRECTIONS In a small bowl, whisk all of the ingredients. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Editor's Note: This recipe was tested with Heinz 57 steak sauce. Nutritional Analysis: 2 tablespoons equals 20 calories, trace fat (0 saturated fat), trace cholesterol, 187 mg sodium, 5 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 1 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: Free food.
