Share Your any experiance of traveling by bus Good or Bad????

Well i usually travel by bus alot and when you do one thing daily you always meet with new experiences everyday,one of the most memorable one is when all the passengers got robbed by three armed Dacoits/Robbers all lost their cell phones along with their wallets and gold jewellry like rings,bangles and nose pins.It was really a bad experience and it happened on the main traffic road,where their was plenty of traffic,but luckily i didnt lost much as i was just carrying about Rs40.00 i.e even less than a single US$ and nothing more than that.But it was quite a unique experience.

My friend and myself many years ago travelled by bus from Manchester to Spain. We were having a holiday for 2 weeks in Spain and at the time it was the cheapest way to get there and back. When I look back it was probably a lot of fun, but at the time it was horendous. The trip took about 38 hours one way and we just felt dirty the whole bus trip with not being able to shower or bathe. We had a great holiday but were dreading the trip back to the UK by bus knowing what it was like on the way to Spain. We made it back though, but it has put me off bus trips for life.
