I've been to Cebu in 1999 as part of an educational tour and I was fortunate to have had the chance to visit Plantation Bay. I was so smitten by the place I promised to return there. Unfortunately, I hadn't had the chance ever since. Is it still nice there? Had there been any changes in Plantation Bay? Cebu? Any recommended spots to visit?
