Ha ha they multiply at my house too! Well, I have a 7 year and a 4 year old, and no significant other or spouse, so you guessed it-I do all the dishes here too. I don't have a dishwasher either, so to keep up I have to do them at least twice a day. I had a dishwasher at my old house, and I can honestly say I don't mind not having one. I think I do a better job washing them anyay :)

i think hand washing is better also...seems like i was always rewashing them after the dishwasher ran..my new years pledge was to always have an empty sink..its makes cooking meals so much easier...so far ive stuck to it...unlike that diet pledge i made

I hate washing the dishes..lol But in our house i do washing it everyday. Sometimes, i'm lazy to wash it every after meal. But i wash it after dinner to avoid any catching of bacteria on the sink.. I agree, that seems like therey never end.. After you wash all the dishes, after a few minutes, here we ago again. I hate it doing over and over again..But dont have choice, we need to wash it, or else we eat using the banana leaves..lol

I have a dishwasher but we haven't had it going in over a year now as there is a part it is missing and we just haven't bothered to look that hard for it as of yet . Although I do miss it and would like to get it running again .
Mostly the children do the dishes as this is considered their job for the day . Once in awhile I do wash some of them up but would say that most of the time it is one or a couple of the children doing them up . Although when we have company , I generally will do them all up then as there are so many to do and the children would just be at it all night as I am much faster then they are and I do a much cleaner job then they do as they try to rush through it to say they are done :)

I'm single and living alone (at least for the next 3-6 months) so it's me, myself and I!! I don't have a dishwasher, but now that I'm eating more healthy I'm doing a lot more cooking so it seems there are always straggling dishes..lol

Hi! We take turns. That is so true, it is never-ending especially if you have kids in the house. I love washing dishes, by hand. There's nothing like making sure that the things where you put your food in are clean. The more they multiple the more I want to divide and subtract them ..lol. Have a good day and happy posting.

I have a dishwasher. I do the dishes 99% of the time, as they never go into the dish washer dirty, unless it is about to be run.

I have the task of washing the dishes...by hand. I hate it most when we have shells and cheese because that cheese dries fast and does not want to come off. So I end up washing dishes for 30 minutes. Sooooooo boring.

Damian does most of them and we do have a dishwasher so it's not to bad a job...though if there are only a few He would rather do them by hand...not me lol....i put everything in the dishwasher...we have four kids and two adults in the house so there is no way i am going to wash that many by hand...open the door, toss them in, turn it on..the next question would be who puts them away lol

Yeah, ours did that too but then we got ourselves a dishwasher and it killed all the baby dishes.
