Are you right handed player or a left handed guitar player?

Are you left handed or right handed?
I'm left handed but I play right handed. I also tried like Jimi Hendrix (who was also left handed/played right handed) to put the strings reversed. (thikkest string down below and so on) but that just doesn't work for me.
How about the guitarists in myLot?

I'll have to disagree with you on this one. Jimi was left handed and played left handed. He restrung his guitars because he was playing them upside down. But the low E string was on "top" when he got done.
I personally am right handed and play that way.

i'm a righty. i tried teaching my girlfriend left handed guitar but it sure was hard.

I'm a leftie, but play guitar and violin right-handed.
It's funny, but you can get right-hand technique if you just practice!
Similarly, you can teach yourself to write with your right hand, but it takes a while. Keep at it - you'll find that you will become much more ambidextrous as the years go by.
I use my computer mouse with my right hand - and am so proficient at it that I wouldn't dream of putting my mouse on the left side.
