How many cups of coffee do you drink aday?

I have an office mate who used to drink close to five cups of coffee a day, preferably black. And lately, she had been having trouble breathing. The strong coffee increased the palpitation of her heart. There were moments wherein she would feel light tremors in her coming from her body. She wasn't bothered by the shakes but she became very anxious and hyper. Although, coffee helps in releasing the toxics from your body, too much of it can cause some health concerns.

I drink about 2 in the morning and maybe 1 somtimes 2 in the eve. My other half drinks more than I do. Sometimes he gets up at 2 o 3am just to have coffee.

well they did a study not long ago that coffee is really good for you. hubby drinks about 20 pots a day alone and i drink maybe 1 a day. my kids are always sneeking a drink here and there too. they arent suppose to have it but they are kids tell them they can and after a week they will never touch it again probably lol.
