Okay, so I've just got to share this. I just called my local Pizza Hut delivery place and paid for my order by credit card. When the gentleman on the phone asked for the expiration date I said "January" and then gave the year as the number. His response? "I'm sorry, sir, what number is that? I don't know what number January is." I'm still chuckling about that. My $0.02 at the moment.

I know you just about rolled on the floor with that one. Sometimes I seriously wonder what planet some people live on. Thanks for sharing that one.

Did that guy really say that? ROFL!!! Probably he was just nervous or totally stressed out. Sometimes we do say "silly" things like that. :P

Was he trying to be a smart aleck? I have a really hard time with this, as most receipts have the date on them, including the months, and surely by now he can count, or he would not be able to count back change. If April is 4, how hard is it to count backwards. Oh, maybe he thought he was pulling an April Fool's joke? Is it possible?
