Earning As A Chacha Guide

I first read about this on a tblog blogger, and then read it on Helium last night. My question is, how does guiding someone searching the internet works? For those planning to apply on this program, are there availability for chacha guides such as a Japanese chacha guide will only guide Japanese, a chacha guide guiding for those in the US searching the internet, and a Filipino guiding fellow Filipino etc? Because there are internet users that searching the web and asking questions in there own language. Anyone have tried it?

Last time I checked out Cha Cha, they were only taking US members. That may have changed by now, though.
