Who is your favorite Food Network TV Chef?

Why do you like them above all the others? Do they make you itch to get in the kitchen and whip together culinary delights?

They make me hungry. After the show ends, I usually whip something up to eat and get depressed because it taste like nothing compared to what the chefs make.
