RSS feed Url for Blogs?

Okay.. I have a blog that I've had for a long time on Blogger..and I'm trying to add it to the blogs here on MyLot..but it says I have to enter an RSS feed url, and I don't have one..or don't know where it is or how to set it up if I do.. LOL How do I get one set up? anyone have a clue?
