Sleep habits

Ok some of us deal with this...do you talk or walk in your sleep? I tend to talk in my sleep. My roommates from college have stories of having full on conversations with me while I slept.

I talk in my sleep also. I don't know what that comes from but both of my brothers do it too!! I am glad I don't sleep walk that would be weird

When I was younger I did, but not so much anymore. But when I sleep at my boyfriend's house I tend to slap him for no reason lol.

Both me and my hubby talk in our sleep. A few weeks ago I woke up and was just sitting in bed when my husband started laughing really hard---I rolled over and he was sound asleep! I have never heard or seen a person laugh in their sleep. When he woke I asked if he remembered what he had dreamed about and told him what he did.

I don't anymore, but my mother says I use to have full conversations with her in my sleep too, and I would tell her anything. I couldn't lie in my sleep.
