I'm obese! and i've tried all sorts of pills and diets, but still fail to increase my metabolism to burn the fat in me! i'm so stressed! i've tried the low-carb, but soon i binge on them, and the kilos pile up again. now, i tried eating less, but still no result in the weight. hope if you have any ideas on this, please post 'em up to me. thanks..

It's where they must perform surgery on you and put a plastic band around your stomach so it goes smaller. Therefore you fill fuller when you eat food and wll eat less. It is surgery but it is unlike "gastric bypass surgery" because there is no removing part of the stomach. I think there is some information on wikipedia/Center for Disease website and other medical sites. You should consider all pratical options before surgery.

The best way to counter obesity in my opinion is to avoid high calorie diet. most of the fatty foods contain LDL-LOW DENSITY LIPIDS. very few foods contain HDL-HIGH DENSITY LIPIDS. due to this the accumulation of cholesterol and other evils in the lumen of arteries causes blockage and severe heart diseases. thus, i would recommend you to take less fatty food, more citrus fruits and advise you to work out a lot.best of luck from my side....

Have you tried Weight Watchers? It is a plan that has worked for me. I have lost a lot and I respect their plan. It is flexible, and you can make various dishes so you don't feel like your eating way less. Exercise will also help you doing a diet. I find that diet pills don't help too much at all. If you are way overweight you will find that you have to cut down. You can't be eating a whole bag of potato chips or many candy bars.
