MyLot Vs Orkut...is there any comparision

Now that we have two diff communities for sharing comments and making friends, we would like to know which one is better. I think each of these community has its own positioning. Orkut looks much simpler than MyLot but does not provide the opportunity of hosting your own discussion and them sharing with others. Also I heard that MyLot pay you for the discssion. What is your comment?
