manager that can't manage

i had once work in a company...a foodchain where target market is the children and family...there i met one manager that whenever he would want to accomplish something he will instruct by shouting with those big opened eyes..many of the employees are aloof to him...one time when i was about to go home...he shouted and scolded me complaining that i should put all the things on my bag out...with all those people around and employees they where suddenyly in silence...i got near the manager and told him...you dont have to shout sir...here is the list of my things...and was already checked by the guard...good for you sir that your also doiung the jod of the guard but i guess your choice of management style is inappropraite with the situation...what do you think?
