Focus on your breathing to help your mind stop racing. You'll start to relax and drift gently off to sleep.
Practicing mindfulness can improve sleep quality and lead to fewer disturbed nights. Instead of lying in bed worrying about things, focus on how your body feels and concentrate on deep, even breathing. Your mind should stop racing, allowing you to relax deeply and helpin you to drift off.

I had trouble sleeping almost every other day. Thoughts would race in my mind, about what has happened, or what is going to happen..Then, I tried this thing..saying myself again & again "Don't think anything" (say it in the language u r comfortable with) as fast as possible, in your mind. Drive all your thoughts away, and make a dark black screen appear in your mind, & make sure that no thought comes on your screen. It really, really works!

I have terrible trouble getting to sleep, I am going to try this, I am fighting going to the doctors about it as I know they will just give me pills and I don't want to go down that road, so thank you for this.....
