One thing: trying to b*llshit your way out of it. I have noticed that all my professors are very susceptable to this, as long as you do it with conviction. If I don't know an answer i just start talking about something else related to the course as if it is something that has puzzled me four years. Just selling it, it helps. You can blag your way out of a sticky situation, also use lots of gestures, also helps :)

leave that question and attempt another one. Don't waste time. And if you have remaining time then just try to meditate by closing your eyes for a minute this will help you to concentrate.

what I do usually is I just leave that question and go to the next question and answer it..While writing for this one some things about the previuos unknown question comes to my mind..I write it thenitself to the side of either question paper or the answer sheet and then go on to finish the one Im doing...Then after I fifnish everything which I know,I comes back and try answering the one I forgot from the little one or two points I could remember about....I try elaborating on the points which I ve remembered...

First, pray to God that He will give us wisdom so that we can remember what we studied. If we really can't remember anything, then you can just skip the question and answer it later.

Switch over to another question to answer. Dont think about the answer which you dont know and waste time. Later when you recall the answer, you can attend to that question.

Ha ha ha... this question reminds me of my good old student days.
When I came about to a question I don't know, i just look at the ceiling for manna. If nothing sparks my imagination, I'm netter off leaving the question blank.
Roughly, that's all I can think of.
