why is paris called the fashion capital of the world? Does that mean that there are a lot of tips for fashion that we can learn from French people?

well, i think it's because french people are mostly fashion-conscious n' they like to use their creativity to design impressive outfits...lol...just look at the gothic buildings like the cathedral in notre-dame n' u'll know that they're very artistic indeed...well, it's all up to u whether to learn from them as each of us have different opinion n' taste... :)
