Cricket coach for team India

I think the cricket coach must be an Indian who can do the job for the betterment of the players as well as the country sake.
Why to pay a lot of revenue to an expatriate? The BCCI should appoint the coach as per the contract of "No improvement No Fee"
basis and on winning the series outside or home. Then only the coach as well as the team will do better.

I'm an Aussie and I agree with you. I would hate to see an English, Indian or any foreigner coaching an Australian National side. There must be lots of former Indian players well qualified to coach the side.
