Should all Indian cricket team player changed atonce?

Should all the player change immigiately from Indian cricket team.what do you thinks buddy.I think Board should take some hard decision as early as possible.It should changed from grass root level.This is what happening almost bogus.

It's a good idea but our bench strength far pathetic to say the least. And here lies the difference between India & Australia. Australia are without Bret Lee, and are still romping well towards their 3rd world cup in succession. While a full strength Indian team crashes out of the world cup in the first round itself.....We cannot replace all the buffoons of our team as we dont have spare buffoons to take their place.

No only couple of changes required india needs a bowler who bowls 145 plus coach needs to be changed

Your thinking is good.But who will be the coach? I dont find any name who can manages Indian Bowler.

all of them shuold be sacked and new players must be in the team. also, a new coach with special coaches for batting, bowling and fielding should be employed to bring the standard of the team to match australia or south africa.

no dear i don't buy ur ideas. it is not at all possible. we can't drop many players like yuvraj, dravid, munaf,dinesh,ganguly. so pls think again we have to make a blend of youth & experience.

Ok man.I am not changing any.My team is same which is currently playing.I would rather like to change Dravid from captaincy to Sourabh.

will it help by changing all the players. who will guarantee that the new players will not go in the same track as the present players. the board needed to take harsh decisions a long time ago, but did they? they are just a bloody bunch of politicians who care nothing more than their own positions. but if the board changes the entire team, the new team will take some time to settle down in the international scene. will the board be ready to face the string of losses we may encounter in the initial stages? who will guarantee that axe will not fall on the players, when the team fails to win? or, most importantly, will the fans of indian cricket take the whole concept sportingly? i dont think so!!

I dont know whether it can change the situation or not? But one thing I can say Indian cricket supporters should control some themselves.They are only hiping the players and the game.Now they are unhappy and showing protest by madly.

I think not all indian cricket team will be changed.. Most of the players inside the team are new so it would be not good for them as it will end their career. In my opinion, there should be some change at managerial level, captain and coach.... Pakistan and Indian team need same re-structuring Regards
