Alternative drugs

hello, I would like to share experiences with other people affected by cancer. The more i read and make researches about alternative cancer drugs or therapies (laetrile, mistletoe etc.) the more confused i get. Some studies seems to show that some are effective, other studies on the some drug show they are not, in contrary. So lets keep the scientific stuff away. Has anybody made personal experiences with alternative drugs in cancer therapy, either supportive in a normal chemotherapy or as a single treatment? Are your experiences good or bad? Exist really help outside schoolmedicine?
