Trying to get referals

So I am kinda new to getting referals for the programs I am a member of. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions that might help me?

me too looking for tips to get more referrals.i dont have much referals only 4 are there and they are my friends.but no one are active in mylot.if they become active i will hwlp them by posting some responses also share what i have done with mylot to earn more.but they dont really believe in mylot.they told me that when i got money in my pocket they will believe.how you making referals and how many you have?
