Rude customers. Are people worse than they use to be?

Seems like working with the public gets harder and harder. People seem so rude anymore. Or is it my imagination???

no it's not your imagination. I work in retail and see it everday. Somedays are worse then others. You would not believe some of the stories I could tell. People talking on cell phones when your trying to wait on them drive me nuts. They don't even acknowledge your there.

Sorry I have not logged in for along time. It has been a wierd week. Alot of people calling complaining saying they are tired of seeing the commercials. Had one guy get all mad becasue I asked him for his email. He said he was not a kid. According to him only kids have computers and that I insulted him.???!!!
