can you sleep with light or without light?

Well, of course,i like sleep in darkness.And i can't sleep well if the light is on,unless i am very tired.Yes,some kids like sleep with the light on and are afraid of dark.I think it is wrong and it may be caused by stories.For example,watching some movies about ghosts can really scare a kid and let him or her can not go to sleep easily.So i often tell my son there is no ghost at all in the world,it is just imaginary.

i can sleep with the light on or with the light off.when ever it suit me and im already asleep. actually i sleep in any condition as long as i confort, with.

I generally enjoy sleeping in dark,since in light it does not suit to in my eyes.But if ight is not so sharp and lightning I can afford to sleep in that condition.But most favourable condition is always no light.Although sometimes I have to compromise with my comfort.

i cant slep without light cause im afraid of the dark even when i was a child..and until now i cant sleep without light even im not afraid of the dark mybe i used to sleep whe the light is on..i try onece to sleep without light but i cant sleep..i dont know why..lol..but i dont want to try again to sleep without light cause im sleepless..but with light i can sleep well...

i always sleep with the lights off. i am having a hard time sleeping even when there is just a small beam of light shining in my eyes.

I sleep with lights off since i was a kid. I just can not sleep with lights on, my eyes hurts. Besides, sleeping in the dark is more condusive to sleeping. and yes its true, you can save energy too.

i cant sleep if the light is on but if i am too tirred then it dosent matter i just fall asleep as soon as i lay on my bed

I can sleep wid lights on and off.But man i really hurts when u wake up and the lights are on. It hurts the eye man and u just get the feeling to sleep agagin.

If I am very tired then only I can sleep in light otherwise I need darkness to sleep.

i can sleep with anyone if she is pretty... hardly matters whether light is there or not...

y'know wat?!?!?i am too..but now..its really a relief to sleep w/o the light.i dunno how i overcame it./...

well, for me i love to sleep with the lights off, if i have my baby with me and then yeah, sleep tight, sound asleep with lights off. hehehehehehe

When i was a child i must sleep with light,but now i must sleep without light.

It depends on whether I remember to switch it off and whther I am too tired to do that. I can sleep with the light on and infact end up doing that on most days because I just doze off to sleep and cant get up top switch it off! Guess Im a lazy bum!

i just cant sleep with light as it always makes me feel irritated just looking at that light and sleep.
