what is the right age to visit a beauty parlour for special treatments?

It may be a hard decision when you are used to it for a long time but you should know what you want, and it's not a permanent thing, I mean it will grow long a gain if you don't like it much after you already cut it, I know it takes time but it's not like a surgery that is hard to reverse. Yes Its a tough decision to cut hair short. I have long hair and everytime a go to the saloon with a thought of shortening my hair I am so much confused about it.
