Is it irresponsible to take your child to a christian church or school

You say as a parent you would never put your child in any danger. Do you honestly believe that these things don't happen any place else? Do you plan on keep your child locked up in a padded room their entire life? Of the millions and millions of children who have attended church and Christian schools over the ages and have NOT been abused or rapped the media feeds only on the few cases that have. I do not think it is irresponsible of Christians to take their children to church so they can learn Christian beliefs or to take them to Christian schools so they can get an education. I do think it is irresponsible for any parent not to be aware of what situations they are exposing their children to.

I would never say its irresponsible by any means HOWEVER I do feel that its risky...BUT abuse is goin on in public schools as well so its not JUST the Chrsitian/Catholic schools...bottomline if its goin to happen, it can and will happen anywhere by anyone....IMO your child has more of a chance at being molested within your family or neighbourhood than at school or in a church....

NO, bad things can happen to kinds anywhere. Its irresponsible to lock your kid up in a bubble and not let them live in the real world. And yea there's cases of abuse, but think of all the other cases where theres no abuse. It's probably not the best idea to leave your kid alone one on one with any adult you don't really know well, but putting them in one in general isnt irresponsible.
