Coach ----- Indian or Outsider?

I don't think foreign coaches have brought in any scientific advanced training methods. infact our fielding is getting from bad to worse for which i blame the coach more as this is one area where focus should always be there. I feel India has lot of past cricketers who can become a coach. And indian coach will feel honoured to be coach and wil connect to players better on personal level as he is from same culture, speaks same language and will work to restore nation's pride. Moreover coach's job is basically man management which he can do quite well. For technolical and latest inputs he can get support staff trainer, phsyio, specialists who know these things well.

I will prefer any coach.. But he should give some good results..

definately indian and my opinion is either mohinder amarnath or kapil dev would be the best choice. comment please. thanks.

He can be insider or out sider but should show performance , by making the team win..

First i would like to say that the coach does not have much job 2 do. It does not matter whether the coach is indian or outsider.

I am of the view that Indian coach should be from india
