what do you do when you cant go to sleep?

im not drinking milk,..i usually do when i cant sleep im listening to hip-hop music..sometimes im watching movies so that my eyes get tired and fall to sleep..

i take a sleeing pill (prescribed), it helps but i still only sleep about 5 hours max at one time. very frustrating. ive tried many over the counter, and herbal things.. nothing has worked. i don't like to take pills, but i have to sleep.

you know sleeping pills is not good..my you should try to reading books, or listening to mellow music, or watching moevies so that you can easily fall to sleep,..pills is not good for our body,..

I'll get up and do some writing, or watch tv.....Go back to bed and stare up at the ceiling. Until I finally just keep my eyes open.

I usually take a shower to relax myself while going over my entire days events.

I prefer internet surfing. It is the best use of time. Before having internet I use to litsen to music and read books.

I read books, then when I get bored I listen to my iPOD. If it still didn't work, I imagine my life. HAHAHA. I dont push myself to sleep, I just wait for it even though sometimes it take me til 5am. :(

drink hot milk n if it doesnt wrk thn i massage my feet wth warm oil to get gud sleep...

swtch on ur music system for as loud as possible with keney g music ..................... u ll get sound sleep. i do , try this

I hate it when I can't sleep, I become so grumpy!! I always find counting sheeps helps or reading something very boring. Sometimes taking a bath can help relax you too. I think it depends on the person, but if it persists always advisable to see your doctor. iusually read books if i cant go to sleep,sometimes i clean the cabinet and re-arrange our sala and when i'm tired that's the time i could go to sleep, i dont drink milk it makes my stomach aches

listening to the soft music and reading course book will make you asleep. also doing the things yu dont like to do, the things that make yu feel bored. it works with me.
